Sharon Mills (MPT Manager)

I am the MPT Manager and oversee all aspects of the Trusts Key Aims, Objectives and Community Projects.

I am qualified in Project Management, Youth and Community Development and Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).

I was born and raised in the West Midlands "Dudley Borough" (known as The Black Country).

For 20 years I worked for the Local Authority, managing a number of special regeneration projects and staff, which included:

  • Community Learning Provision
  • IAG
  • Community Outreach
  • Youth Provision - Diversionary and Targeted
  • Setting up Partnerships and New Groups
  • Funding Applications

In 2003, I moved to Nottingham and since 2006 I have worked for Meadows Partnership Trust, managing the team and delivering on a number of very successful employment and community projects, including:

I have also been successful in securing funding during this time for the Trust and wider Partnerships to deliver projects which have benefitted the community and changed the lives of Meadows residents.

I have been married to Pete since 2000 and I have one son and two grandaughters; and also three step sons, and three step grandchildren.  I voluntarily support various other charities, including:
